WHO FOR:    Beginners to advanced athletes, anyone who want Results fast

WHEN:    Saturday 28th June, 12.30 - 3.30 PM,  Registration 12.15PM

WHERE:    Fitness Plus Gym, 898 Great South Road, Manukau

COST:    Only NZ$180

REQUIRED:    Workout clothes, towel, drink bottle ....  all kettlebells are supplied for use in the workshop

The location for the workshop is at Fitness Plus Gym, 898 Great South Road, Manukau (behind Happy Days)

Driving instructions

Exit Southern Motorway at Manukau, turn left onto Great South Road (if coming from Nth turn right off the mway & then left into Great South Road)

Go past the Event Center,  straight through some traffic lights, past the big Boat Restaurant and then turn into the drive behind Happy days restaurant.
