Now you can learn new methods and new techniques of kettlebell lifting!
If you want to fine tune your kettlebell technique and learn some great techniques for getting in shape for summer then check out our 3 hour kettlebell workshop this Saturday 29th November.
But even better ... this workshop we will be introducing a totally different type of training that you may not have come across.
I recently passed Steve Cotters IKFF CKT kettlebell instructor certificate so I will also be explaining the more traditional Russian style of lifting and comparing it to the RKC Hard style version of kettlebell taining.
Hard sytle kettlebell lifting has been popularised by Pavel Tsatsouline and Dragondoor and this is the style I got qualified in and taught.
But now I can demonstrate two different types of training that you can trial and use to increase your results and find out whats best for you.
So to reiterate, our very last kettlebell workshop for 2008 will be this Saturday 29th November from 11Am - 2PM.
