In our previous 3 hour power packed hands on kettlebell training workshops for both beginners & advanced athletes, RKC & CKT qualified instructor Mike Capper stripped back the core foundation kettlebell exercises and taught the attendees how to perform the exercises correctly and effectively.
Don't chance injury with poor form from self taught training DVD's or dubious YouTube video clips, let Mike show you how to use your hips and posterior chain correctly to power up your kettlebell swings and much more
Here's what some attendees from our earlier workshops have said ...
Like a lot of people the Kettlebells seems of interest as an alternative to the gym. One starts watching Videos on Youtube.com and buy a couple of tapes or e-books but it does not feel right.
Taking the Kettle course with Paul and Mike started back to the basic routines with the focus on form to do the exercises correctly.
Well worth the effort to attend their basics training course to put you on the right course to advance your technique.

Explanation and progression was thorough. The objective of the facilitator should always be that the participant walks away with the knowledge and skill they are trying to impart. Was this achieved? In my case, yes.
Instructors obviously know their stuff, and are passionate about it. Good at building rapport, and developing a mutual respect.
Learned a few new techniques, and sharpened up what I did know, so overall worth the time and money spent.

Hi Mike,
OMG, I can't believe how sore I am today. I really feel I've been through a crusher, it's good though 'cause I know it's working and which muscles I worked and yay my abs are sore, actually the only parts that aren't sore are my head, calves and feet. Anyway we both really enjoyed yesterdays workshop and I think we'll benefit greatly from it and I'm keen to spread the word and promote kettlebell to all my friends and work colleagues and I'll recommend your workshop as a starting point.
Regards
Janelle & Bruce Fox
Just dropping a note in regards to the kettlebell workshop held in April.
I actually learnt alot in regards to proper technique in performing the swing and the many benefits from correct form. The class atmosphere and the way class was taught was awesome.
There must be at least 4 particpants for a class to proceed. In the case a class is cancelled participants will get there money refunded
There are no EFTPOS or credit card facilities so all purchases of kettlebells on the day must be by cash
