12kg Kettlebell

I'm a woman with a bit of experience with free weights. I bought this a couple of months ago and have been very happy with it and am now ordering a
16kg bell. However, it did take quite a while before I could do one-arm exercises with it (as opposed to two-handed swings), so women who haven't done
much training should think about starting with the 8kg. I really recommend kettlebell training; it's a lot of fun.
