Isn't this all marketing like all the other fitness products you may ask ....  well Russian scientists tested groups of athletes and found they delivered far superior results than traditional exercise regimes.  The Russian's never concluded exactly why but in typical Russian logic thought that if it works we'll forget about the "why it works question" and just use them.

I know what you are thinking ... this sounds just like a late night fitness infomercial with plenty of promises of great results with little effort. 

BUT we never said it would be easy ... No 3 minute smile through your work out sessions here.
YES kettlebells can be hard work  .....  but the results come fast and are worth it.
