Hi Mike

Its Paul here in Christchurch, I got a 16kg KB off you about a month ago.

Well i pontificated, over read, over analysed, confused myself, tried to work out programmes, etc. Until last week, when I actually started using it.

To say it works is an understatement.. I have been doing left and right KB swings, KB high pulls l and r, KB squat presses l and r using Tabata intervals, then after a short rest period I attempt KB rows l and r, attempting KB windmills ( bit scared of dropping it on my head, haven't quite got the balance right yet) and doing 2 reps of KB bottom up squats.

Then I expire on the floor for about two to three hours.

But seriously though, to say I am impressed is an understatement. It is without a doubt the most complete result I have ever done with any exercise equipment. I use the KB for about 6 minutes a day, and it leaves for dead any cardio programmes and free wights programmes. I am feeling stronger every day.

Mike, take a bow. These are serious results based pieces of equipment!

Kind regards

Mike

Before getting into kettlebells I mostly did free wight training.  It was effective but I had to mix cardio with it which made it time consuming.  Kettlebells combine cardio and weights into one to provide an easy, portable and cost effective fitness programme.  Kettlebells mixed with healthy eating are definitely the way to go.  Say goodbye to gym membership fees!

Mike

Have never done any weight training, so did not have any concept of what to do and types of equipment to use.

All I knew is I wanted to tone up and through a friend I was introduced to kettlebells.

From the get go following the website simple instructions and using a 16kg kettlebell I couldn't believe how simply swinging a bell can be such a intense workout.

Each workout of around 10mins a day I have felt and seen improvements and will recommend to anyone wanting to tone up and get physically stronger.

The 16kg kettlebell is a good starting weight

Dear Mike,

Thank you for the great service: ?I live in Butler, PA. USA, and my son is on a two year Mormon Mission in Aukland, NZ. ?While on his mission he plans on staying in shape by running, stretching, and using Russian Kettlebells. I got on the internet and found Mike's web site to purchase Kettlebells. Service was great; Mike was prompt, accessable, knowledgable, and most of all honest. The Russian Kettleballs were even hand delivered. If you are looking to purchase Russian Kettlebells in NZ, go with Mike Capper & KettleBells NZ.

Sincerely Dick Hartung

Hey Mike

I had been searching for Kettlebells for the past 2 years, but the postage from overseas was killing me. Then the first day I had the internet hooked up in our household, Kettlebells NZ was my first search. There it was, I couldn't believe it. I emailed Mike straight away with the title " I WANT ONE", Mike was back in touch with me and I was swinging in no time. He went out of his way to find the best priced postage service for my needs and has hooked me up with awesome deals ever since. I have purchased up to 4 Kettlebells off Mike now and they are all top quality and I plan to keep dealing with Mike in the future. Mike has given me hints 'n' tips to help me along my path, he has simplified my passion in the art of physical development and combat and my strength and cardio gains are beyond belief. My whole family is swinging Kettlebells now and the health benefits that Kettlebells have provided for all of us are outstanding.

Thank you so much

Hello Mike,

I was very impressed with your help and assistance regarding the purchase my Russian Kettle Bell last week. After my initial email enquiry, then a chat on the phone, I was emailed with a map and clear instructions of how to find your workshop. After my drive across Auckland, I appreciated being welcomed with the mug of coffee. You went on to spend one and a half hours of your time answering all my questions and demonstrating some of the basic RKB exercises.

I am glad that you persuaded me after considering my fitness level and size to go for the 20kg RKB and not the lighter 16kg one. I found the 123 page bound manual that you gave me with the RKB to be very useful, I liked the guide that you emailed a couple of days later even more , especially with those helpful video links that clearly show how to do more of the different types of RKB exercises. One recommendation, always ensure your customers remove their wrist watch before beginning RKB exercises. Doesn't do a watch any good when the kettle bell flips over and rests on the forearm. I found this out when I got home in my eagerness to try out some of those exercises you showed me. I find daily exercising with my RKB is easy and convenient. The RKB doesn’t take up too much room and can be easily tucked behind a chair when not in use.

Thanks Mike, I will certainly point anybody that I meet that’s interested in RKB’s in your direction.

Kind Regards

Hey Mike,

I got the kettlebell today cheers, I have to say, I am truly impressed, that's some fine craftsmanship you've put into making this kettlebell :-)

I also liked the way you posted it, I was wondering how you would send it.

Many thanks, I am looking forward to receiving the manual and starting some serious training.

Cheers again, I will definitely recommend you to all my mates.
